Corporate Charge Accounts

Can I use my corporate account online?

You may place orders online once your account has been established. We will automatically invoice those accounts and fax you a copy of the days invoice the afternoon of the delivery.

What is a Corporate Account? How do I set one up?

A Corporate Account is established through our accounting department by contacting us at 513-272-1490 for credit. It will allow your company to place orders and be invoiced. It is a quick and easy method of payment for businesses that frequently order with us.

Ordering Online

Can I add or remove items on my order once it has been placed?

You may make changes to your order by phone or fax. It is highly recommended you call our office if your changes are on an order within the next 24 hours in order to ensure we can accommodate your requests.

Can I cancel my order online?

Aynie's accepts cancellations by telephone only. Your order may be cancelled if you call by 5pm, one business day before delivery (Friday for Sat-Sun-Mon).

Can I change my payment once I have submitted it online?

We are happy to change your method of payment by telephone. Simply call us at 513-272-1490 and provide your order confirmation number. We will pass the information along to our accounting office to make the appropriate changes.

Can I pay with cash, check, or gift card online?

We are happy to accept these methods of payment when you place your order by phone. Simply call us at 513-272-1490 during normal business hours or fax your order to 513-272-1494. Fax order forms are available on our site. Be sure to call us if you do not receive a confirmation of your order.

Can I request you mail me a receipt/invoice with an order I have placed online?

Yes! We can email or fax you a receipt and you can even request that we include your invoice with the order. Simply include a note in the delivery notes field to request this.

Do I have to give my credit card number every time I call?

Please call, we can keep numbers on file by customers request only. Otherwise we do not keep card numbers they are destroyed.

Do I have to order a minimum?

We service many customers regularly and we ask that you be reasonable. We do not place minimums on regular customers. We are here to service you.

Do I need to provide a complete delivery address to you? Or, can I tell you my company name and you locate it?

It is always best to provide a complete delivery address to ensure your order arrives on time and at the correct location. While you are familiar with your office or campus, our driver may not be and any helpful information you can provide will speed your delivery. If you order with us frequently, your delivery information will likely be in our ordering system from previous orders, however the Customer Service Representative taking your order will need to confirm that it has not changed or is not different from the last location you provided.

Can I request an exact time delivery?

You can request an exact time but we request a half hour window, we will do our best to hit your exact time but only guarantee a half hour. ( 15 min early or late )

Do you do same day deliveries?

Yes we do! You will need to call as soon as possible, however. We can generally, accommodate requests for any of our box lunches, and most of our platters. Please be aware that some days are busier than others, so if you have a particular platter you must have delivered, ordering the day before is always the best way to ensure we can make it for you.

How late in the day can I place an order?

We suggest that you place your order before 5pm the day before delivery, although please be aware that if you are calling between 4 and 5pm, our call volume is very high. To be safe, please try to call before that time to ensure you are able to place your order.

If I did not receive a confirmation number, can I still assume my order was received?

If you have not received a confirmation of your order within 15 minutes, please contact us by phone at 513-272-1490 or by email at aynies@cinci.rr.com to confirm your order was received. It is our goal to confirm every order within 15 minutes. A missing confirmation could mean a system error or technical problem with the internet.

What if I have special instructions to add to my order?

We are happy to accommodate special instructions. Please call our office at 513-272-1490, provide the confirmation number, and let us know what you will need.

What is the tax rate on food and delivery?

The tax rate on prepared food delivered from Cincinnati is 6.5% on drinks only. There is no tax on carry out food in Ohio. This tax will automatically be added to your order when placed.

Do you offer Vegetarian or Vegan options?

We do offer a limited number of sandwiches and salads that are either vegetarian. In addition, any of our menu items may be ordered without meat in order to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please call us at 513-272-1490 to submit any special requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
